Did You Know?

Having and maintaining a Will should be as natural as managing your bank account. Having an up to date Will means that you'll be providing for the people who are most important to you.

The Longest Will : made by Frederica Evelyn Stilwell Cook which made up 4 leather bound volumes.

Many people put off writing a Will because they think it's morbid and unnecessary; not having a Will could mean that you risk dying 'intestate'.

Superstitious Will: made by Mr Harold West, who believed in Vampires, left instructions for his doctor to drive a stake into his heart to make sure he was "properly dead".

Dying intestate means that you have left no Will. If you don't have a Will, certain rules will dictate how your estate is allocated and it might not be how you want it to be distributed.

Shortest Will : was recorded was written on the bedroom wall of a man on his deathbed and read "all to mother". Mother actually referred to his wife which caused some confusion!

MK-willwriters provide informal advice at a time and place to suit you and with no obligation.

Wishful Thinking Will : made by John Bowman who left $50,000 for his servants to prepare dinner to be made for him every night after his death in case he came back to life.
